Mark Spain is an Atlanta native and a University of Georgia graduate from the Terry College of Business. With his 2006 sales, Mark Spain broke the $1 billion sales mark for lifetime sales—he is believed to be one of only 100-200 Realtors in the nation to achieve this, out of well over 1 million Realtors. In 2010, the Mark Spain Team was once again named one of America’s top real estate professional teams by The Wall Street Journal and REAL Trends magazine in its annual Top 400 Real Estate Professionals list.
